Magneto optic Kerr effect (MOKE) microscope is an important instrument in the study of spintronics as it provides a fast, non-destructive and convenient means of observing magnetization. Polarized light incident on a magnetic sample causes the change in the polarization, depending on the direction of the magnetization. A microscopic image is composed based on the change in the polarization angle of the incident light.
