High kV Polishing (4 keV to 16 keV)

Low kV Polishing (100 eV to 2 keV)

Angles: 1 degree to 40 degrees

Single and Double tilt holders are available for Planar and Cross-sectional sample preparation.

Cryo (LN2) attachment is available for the temperature sensitive samples.
